Chihayafuru: Musubi (ちはやふる 結び) is third and final installment of the Chihayafuru Live-Action film adaptations of the popular manga series Chihayafuru, written and illustrated by Yuki Suetsugu. The movie is a Japanese youth drama film written and directed by Norihiro Koizumi. The film was released in Japan by Toho on 17th March, 2018.
Summary[]
Two years have passed since the first year student of the Mizusawa High School Karuta Club, Chihaya Ayase and her friends fought a fierce battle with the Queen, Shinobu Wakamiya. Chihaya, who is now a third year High School student, starts to move towards the national tournament at the end of her high school life while being swayed by the new freshmen. Meanwhile, the new Fujioka East High School Karuta Club struggled to establish their Karuta department to fight Chihaya at the national karuta competition. However, at the same time also unexpected troubles occur in the Mizusawa Karuta Department.
